We want you to be completely satisfied with your Smeg appliance; if you are not, you can return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all returns must be authorized and accompanied by a proof of purchase to ensure a smooth refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your Smeg appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit to ensure it meets our resale standards, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
